We are a learning organisation, and we embrace new and emerging technologies. We take an intersectional and evidence-based view of our communities’ challenges. We address them through a unique combination of expertise, skills, and funding. We test our innovations, refine them, and support communities to implement them.

Our innovative design approach is practical and collaborative. We co-create solutions with communities, and we partner with donors, policymakers, governments, businesses, academics, and UN agencies.

We are transparent with our goals and intentions, and work actively to keep all our stakeholders informed and engaged. We proactively report on our progress – both successes and failures.
